Now look at this little line item that shows up in filing:
Ryan took a very large salary raise for his lack of performance. Yes, sales were down over -20% 2021 over 2020 but Ryan's salary went from $750k in 2020 to $1.17m in 2021 and gave himself another half a million in a bonus! All told over $1.6m in compensation NOT counting his insider 18% interest notes. That PPP the US government offered didn't go untapped. The only paycheck it protected was Ryan's. Remember MSLP received a "free" $900,000 "grant" for the Paycheck Protection Plan where you had to spend nearly all of the grant on paychecks. Ryan's pay coincidently increased $900,000 from 2020 to 2021. Way to go taxpayers!
