The United States Commodity Funds LLC (USCF) manages the United States Natural Gas Fund: $UNG

USCF manages and collects fees on the $UNG fund. Some of the fees are based on the AUM of the fund.

The USCF subsidiary is responsible for a significant part of $MGLD's total income.
