I’ll point out while this is wonderful news (at least on the surface) it does not mean a payout is imminent. The new trustee, BOKF, if what I’m understanding has happened, they still have to collect from
a shell of a now mostly defunct and worthless company (JCP). It’s now mostly
a trademark hallmark owned by SPG. They can choose to piggy back off the name, shelve it or dissolve it completely.

Assets and other things will be sold and continued to be sold off which will aid in recovery, but we still don’t have any idea what that amount will be.

That’s just kind of how I see things at this point. Interested in what others have to say.
