I'm not saying IGEN will do this but the last time I was in an OTC stock that mentioned increasing shareholder value and up-listing went from .00XX to .98 in three months. I got shook out early with 5m shares because of bashers and up and down volatility. I took profits hoping to buy lower but it never came to that. Two girls I follow that were new to trading as I was held 8m + each and are now financially free. We all have stories like this if you have been trading for awhile. Lesson learned.
