Sad to say yes. I do not think we will live through the lawsuits. I do not see how they can be paid back, even with shares, it would be a number that would destroy shareholder value 5x over. I do not care for the lack of communication. Failing is easy to deal with and learn from but how they did not even give us a word, in my eyes is where the sting is @.
