One month until the Q1 filing deadline. Merge has to have become official January since they filed on Jan 25 and named a list of execs.

If they plan to do an IPO around that time then I expect we'll see some sort of filings a couple weeks prior announcing that or a reverse split.

If they don't plan to do an IPO at that time and they intend to wait awhile longer, then the unofficial American based advertising team will spring into action using the 10-Q.
