Maybe there are orders in the pipeline. Unfortunately due to the carelessness and inexperience of management the items will be shipped but not paid for due to something not being properly spelled out in the contract.

If there was a contract. Probably just a blubbering verbal deal carried out by GG on one of his " business" trips.
