I think a better understanding of why businesses use Twitter would help clear things up for you? We get more detailed development info via a PR at a cost to the company. No need for detailed communication via Twitter!

When it comes to advertising your business, social media (Twitter) should be one of your top go-to channels.
A Larger Audience
With social media, you have the ability to reach a larger audience than traditional advertising methods. This social media site has an estimated 330 million active users.
No costs for announcing Company updates.
Boost SEO Rankings
Another benefit of using social media to advertise your business is that it can boost your SEO rankings. When people search for businesses through their search engines, they may come across your social media profiles.
Brand Awareness
Using social media to advertise your business can help increase customer engagement and strengthen your online presence.

Tweet that 2 units were shipped.

Two Catholyte machines leaving PCT and headed to Grassy Creek and Oklahoma, after some updates from our R&D department!

Twitter is not the place to spell out what those updates were? When asked PCTL added a little clarity. From previous testing it was obvious to me they discovered some improvements that would increase the benefits of the technology. No reason to detail that for the benefit of the Direct Competition!!

When asked PCTL added a little clarity with a reply.

One machine was brought back from OK to be "upgraded" and the second machine, going to Grassy Creek is newly out but also "upgraded" from the original Catholyte machine. We are really excited!

Does that mean that 34 more will be on the way there?

One from OK was brought back for "improvements" & the other unit going to Grassy Creek is "New" with the same "improvements" that were identified as a result of the previous testing. The testing that so many here are complaining about! Not sure why a shareholder would complain about a company improving a product they sale? Those 2 units have nothing to do with the 36 machines in the sales pipeline.
