It is a common sense that any stock's OS can not be larger than its AS based on the state security law! So the current OS of KGRI is at most equal to the AS which is mere 560M shares from the official Delaware state public website! I called them and I was told that the current OS is less or equal to the AS based on Delaware law and issuing any shares over the AS will be ILLEGAL and be treated as CRIME!!!

Most likely the company had already cancelled or retired those restricted shares and also previous debt-related shares which caused the Huge OS Reduction to 560M or less shares.

The past two-year's trading chart below actually confirmed that the OS here is TINY since the highest trading volume was only 359,571,358 shares on 12/29/2020 and the past one-year's highest trading volume was mere 54,443,319 shares on 04/21/2021!
