When a company is this heavily undervalued, the RS, if there is one as past Def14c have been cancelled, wont matter! Plus the CEO and his family is the biggest shareholders by far of common. So yea… lets go up to .20 and do a RS for Nasdaq listing. Just as revenue and solar production explode!

This has a long way to go up before fair market value is reached. I mean totally empty shells trade 20-50x higher valuations. No reason the market wont catch up to this gem. Im gonna start helping! This company deserves loyal shareholder support.
