I believe the biggest reason the share price is not rising is based on future earnings. They need a concrete plan that shows growth and better future earnings. Stock prices generally don't care what has happened, but what is going to happen to increase value. Up-listing without a real plan to grow will not go well for shareholders. It pains me to say that as I have many million shares like a lot of you do.
