“Paul:

I need to be frank with you at this point and I hope you understand my frustration. I’ve invested six figures in this stock (all of which is not recoverable at this point) because it seemed like a home run. The pairing of UNSS and Entrex seemed like an all star combo until recently when Entrex cut ties. Others and I have reached out to you numerous times since the last PR regarding progress on the filings and attorney letter and have been met with silence.

From a fiduciary duty perspective and compassion standpoint, we would like some sort of update since no notice of extension was submitted. We are once again back in the dark where you admitted is not an appropriate place for shareholders to be in. Please understand I know a group of individuals who are out an incredible amount of money due to UNSS’s FTD.

Please take all the aforesaid into consideration. We hope to hear from you very soon. If Stephen and his team are willing to help (I believe this was the case prior to cutting ties), I truly hope you will accept the assistance in order to preserve what little value your loyal shareholders have left.

At this point I’m giving him his space to grind away at what needs to be done. Any messages to him other than encouragement will do nothing but pull Paul away from very necessary tasks.
