I remember Johnny said, the share structure was no problem before the RS because, "We will be strong". NASDAQ was $1 share price minimum and Johnny was going to be strong! "Will be" is a forward looking statement only. Johnny filed an 8K that he would partner with a Comcast subsidiary. I guess he got away with that because he said it would happen when the partner is ready. We can continually ask Taylor Swift for half of her 15 million monthly and tell everyone we will get it when she is ready. It has something to do with these parallel universes is all I can think of.
