Are you alleging that ERHC chose not to disclose for a reason that Erhc did not list on its reasons to the SEC?

You seem to not accept Erhc's gag order reason and we cannot accept the revenue reason anymore since they had revenues per the PPP.

So the allegation you're making is that ERHC fraudulently did not list in its list of reasons the TRUE reason in which it failed to file? Is that the ominous allegation you're making?
