Let’s entertain you and say there is manipulation (no proof of any, but…) One thing you completely ignore among other things is volume. Even with significant catalysts, we need consistent and substantial volume to squeeze the shorts and absorb the flippers that are guaranteed to enter with such news. Even if 75% of this small float is locked, volume is key as it is the heart that gives life to this stock!
