Looks like others are drilling into the financials. The shares issued in each quarter of financials reported are not adding up to the mine purchases with restricted shares. Only the debt conversions are able to reconcile. The "restricted share mine purchases" never happened according to their own financials. Cue the " Get your accountant to learn how to read financials" post. Or another classic " What about joint venture dont you understand".......lol
