HaHaHa. Rejected by a whining wannabe. Musk is the largest TWTR shareholder. To say "major shareholder" without specifics is just empty. And to cry about value when market price dictates it is only laughable. The only thing that matters is what happens at the negotiating table. What is signed, sealed and delivered. Accepting a friendly takeover bid seems wise to me, when the other option, a hostile takeover is looming. All Musk has to do is buy up shares and re-register with SEC as 'active'. Musk is friendly, now. Once he hits 51% it's all over but the singing.
