In fact SEC denied the name change years ago in the same timte it denied a publically announced reverse split for the reason GNCP wasn't current.

The name GNCC-CAPITAL currently applies.

GNCP isn't doing any gold/silver exploration and disclose never starting any exploration at all.

It was all a LOWENTHAL-LUMB-BAUMAN scam to sell shares

Now they are trying the same playbook this time with lithium using Bauman claims, Bauman subleasing company AMLM and "financed by insolvent" PDIV

Imo they are waiting for one late partner BRLL to become current to announce a big merger of worthless lithium leasers company and pretend this is the lithium deal of the century
