Polymedix failed as a company due to it's prime drug candidate failing nothing to do with Brilacidin. The ABSSSI trial was re-ran very successfully by IPIX against Dapto with B given in a single dose compared to 7 day dapto IV. Btw I see Furenstein called B a oral drug which it's not.
