Like I said previous,

The time is now for the pump in SPIN to push the price northward while the stock has so few shares outstanding. Hope it happens cause I'd certainly expect a raise is needed here as this company is pre revenue.

I think there are a fair number of SPIN stockholders that were suckered by SPIN and its mouthpiece promising big things that I never happened. I was even kicked off a private SPIN investors board years ago because I spoke reality vs drinking kool aid and challenged the constant bullish assertions. It wasn't that the SPIN business model wasn't real .... it was ... and it was a proven business model. However, CEO and CFO totally clueless about how to build it. But for those long suffering SPIN shareholders .... I hope there is a nice spike here. And I'll certainly be happy to swing on the SPIN trading vine as well if it is moving.

The articles require amendment to allow for the conversion and issuance of hundreds of millions of shares. See yesterday's Form 3 to get the first look at insider conversion info for hundreds of millions of shares resulting from the merger agreement. So the increase in shares is coming soon ... although most will still be owned by the new company founders. Raise for more shares .... and I'd imagine a ticker change forthcoming too.
