Not sure if it's 9 billion, but that's close.
If you read the December Exchange Agreement very carefully, you will see how many preferred shares were given and how many commons each is worth. It's a HUGE amount.
Keeping the AS where it is is crucial to prevent too many shares from being allowed to sell.
If that number changes I will bail in a New York minute.
It will go sub penny very quickly.
It is vital that anyone invested read that agreement VERY CAREFULLY. I was hopeful that today's 8K included that, but afraid not.
