In any case Tim got this from the Son of the Past CEO (irving Boyes) who unfortunately passed away last year and the Son (Gregy Boyes) had other business
Interests. The attorney Marshall Dooley could perhaps have done a better job cleaning it up for Tim .

So Tim got this ticker in Nov/ December or so and had to do some cleaning up . So if you did your DD , you would find all it really needs is a catalyst as it was a change of control , going to another completely different person.

There is also another person if you read the disclosure though that is involved here and when it comes out he is now back involved with TIM , it will move quick. It is in the disclosures, lets see if you can find it. In the meantime seeing that coming , will load up in this range of the mid 6's .
