I guess it doesn't matter tho... If the company doesn't pay the $25,000 annual fee to the secretary of state, and the $3,500 to Blue Chip accounting for Q3 and $5,500 to the OTC markets for renewal than any 1 of those things left undone means the company is delisted and we all get ZERO $0

If there was ever a time to put money in it would be now. So the company can get a Reg A and then get the MILLIONS it actually deserves in funding
