Sounds like a simple house cleaning chore.
Unless DiMaggio is going to contest the validity of the 10 shares and wants his $30k back
And it looks like he got Ben’s 745k commons too.

Ben has to be out of this 100%

Why does Roth still show 40m restricted shares? I thought he was long gone.

Probably once the 10P-shares are legal, we see all those restricted shares returned back into treasury. No reason to have those out.

Maybe we see some change over the next 2weeks
