Until UNQL takes care of outstanding notes and possible new dilution this is not going to move and hold for any length of time. It is as always in the hands of CEO who toke on debt. If new dilution is that company is selling shares to pay off debt as some have suggested, all they needed to do was PR that and shareholders and market would scoop them up. But with no news after the March 31st previous deal, all we can do is hope they are holding good news until earnings report. Still hoping for 1 or 2 whales with 4-5 million to buy up float.
