Not a big question. Based on the wording of the PR, I'd say likely the report will be released after hours. It's still a day early. It won't impact the SP tomorrow, the day before a trading holiday. Everyone will have three days to digest the financials.

Why release it premarket? Nothing notable will likely be in the report, like you said. Definitely not during. I'll be really surprised if it's not after hours tomorrow.
