Agree 100%. I have been seeing some OTC tickers execute orders way below the price range around 8-8:30, (which is when I think IB allows premarket orders) when all the MMs haven't started posting orders yet, so the bid/ask has a wide spread. I believe this is a form of stock manipulation the SEC should investigate. JMO.
