ZDGE($5.80) acquisition cost seems (very) rich to me...


According to the just-filed investors' presentation, GuruShots only did revenues of $8M in 2021...and lost $1M. For that ZDGE is paying $18M up-front, and could pay as much as $52.6M over time!
