We noted that the Company recorded a change of control effective September 15, 2021, but that this appears
predominantly as an administrative matter, whereby MKH’s ownership was consolidated to its parent company, Critical Solutions. The management of the Company has not changed, nor has the effective ownership of the control block represented by the Special 2021 preferred share.

I currently am subject to a probated suspension by the Texas Supreme Court due to a disciplinary matter…
