What might be the Low and the best price to enter or add! That’s a tough call as the price continues to drop. Is there eminent News on the horizon? Is Steward entertaining Bids for CAPC? At what price does the Company say enough is enough? Are insiders buying at these low prices or waiting for lower prices? Are those who own CAPC adding and acknowledging that?
All good questions iMHO
