How do you know the OTCM is satisfied - Pillsworth has never revealed what the OTCM requested?

Everyone should read about the "Shell Risk".

If they closely vet the financials the 2CRSi contract is very squirrelly and should be examined very closely. No company ships equipment without at least a down payment - and no company ships equipment and not receive any payment for over a year.

I need to do a little digging on the very unusual contract.
