since Jan 2021 ...the fact that nothing has been launched (medi Ri denial), with no money and no credit, coupled with tiny revenue stream resulting in net losses every year...has created a nightmare since Jan 2021. (see 10-Ks and 10-Qs)

down 97% in a year and company just filed a 14C with a potential 1000:1 RS?

market cap now 6 million and headed lower by the day
