Total lottery scratch off scenario, second go at custodianship by Frank Bauman who has a decent track record with these shells. I only hesitate to give a firm YES because his last try at custodianship was mishandled at best or just straight up neglected. The fact that he filed again has me hoping he will follow through this time, I would assume filing fees being lost or at least valuable time wasted would be something he wouldn't do twice on the same shell!
