Not much to understand really. Starting with the Sunday February 27th tweet signaling a series of press releases they dropped four after staying quiet for around 90 days. It took 200 million shares traded the first 30 minuets of the 28th to crack .001. Nearly 400 million shares traded for that day and it was pretty much done. 600 million shares for the 4 day press release campaign and after dumping an additional 150 million new shares it returned to where it began.

All this on zero beds added for Q4 and an estimated EBITDA number of only $163K which while is several hundred percent increase over Q3 it represents a nearly built out facility. The pending debt payments needed through June 30th are huge. Not much to understand really. There will still be the typical bunch who will chase the next press release but I would imagine that many will have learned the lessons of the previous runs through the past year.
