I have TDAmeritrade and they will convert the warrants for me, but they will not let me trade on Frankfurt so I would have to transfer the shares. For now, I will not request the first warrants because the deadline is coming up and I don't want them to be in transit when I need to start the conversion process (if I convert. I have not decided yet.)

I told AMTD that the shares trade on Frankfurt and they did not raise any red flags about it, but they may simply have taken me at my word and not verified the info on their own.

There is confusion about SOMPF. Larry has said in emails that he has no plans for it to trade on the pinks; however, Jim Adams has said they will and at least one broker has said they look like they will. Larry trumps Jim and the brokers, but since there has been no official announcement...
