Your report goes back to what I've always stated on here - and that is CVX/XOM are all smoke & mirrors. Nothing they say or do is done without a reason and their pr's are nothing but bs - factual, but misinformation nonetheless.

The stakes in the JDZ are enormous. The amount of money and power trapped in those deep formations is staggering and is fueling Big Oil's greed. Those patiently holding for the long haul with ERHC Energy will grow rich. Don't be fooled by the sirens.

Now everybody roll over and go back to sleep. The pot will start boiling soon enough.
