In EvaIuating the Company, Is there Anything You Would Add to What We Already Mentioned, Such as the Deferred Tax Asset (Approx 0.75 Per Share), and Real Estate (0.075 Per Share)?

We have No Idea What Revenues/Net Income Will Be, So It's Difficult to Put an "Amount Per Share Valuation" on these Type of Categories.

Also, There's Intangibles, Such as Veltex Having a Lobbyist, Collaboration Agreement with the State of West Virginia, Dr Harry on the Board and Overseeing Veltex Recovery Group, Revenues Expected from Litigation/Settlements (of course, We Don't Wanna "Count the Chickens Before They Hatch", right? But, it's Quite Encouraging/Impressive Fundamentals!)

One Thing Seems for Sure, Veltex Seems to Be Selling at a Much Lower Price that It Seems to Be Worth.

Veltex Seems to Be Extremely Undervalued Right Now...An Amazing Bargain/Buying Opportunity!
