latest O/S number gives trillium another 93 million shares they can convert and still be under 9.9%
not to mention they can sell the 9.9% and convert another 9.9% anytime they please!
269,075,102 shares is their new 9.9%, at last report they held ~ 176 million

$527,500 is the cash balance left on the notes, so they effectively can "dump" almost a billion shares in the coming weeks and months
nevermind that series "D" preferred - would love to know what that's about nobody here have enough time to check?
I've already read way too many of berge's fins in past years.....
