The following statement is incorrect.

"So far the Board has always either let the option lapse after a year, or officially cancelled it before the year ran out."

The prior 14c was issued in August 2019.

In August 2020 the Board exercised their option provided by the 14C and voted to enact a 1,000:1 reverse split. The 8k link is below.
