Are there a few groups pumping it? I haven't had any emails myself but I'm not on many lists either. I don't see any other reason for this jump today that I can find.

Sitting on this since 2017 and will most likely have to sit on it a few more years to break even. No sense selling it now as I would only get maybe $300 so might as well wait it out and see if we can get our money back at least.
