Who will it be submitted to for scrutiny and approval? The Canadian regulators have no jurisdiction and the SEC doesn't care. The NI 43-101 really is only relevant when submitted to a Canadian regulator and you may also wish to review the wording where words such as "may, could, possibly" are used throughout the document. A four day surface survey at $850.00 per day plus associated administrative costs is hardly the stuff of a multi-hundred million dollar investment but it has done its job as some seem genuinely ecstatic over the reports issuance. That report is a six dressed up as a nine. Woefully inadequate and limited in its scope. It may serve to provide a bump so that some may sell into the irrational exuberance but no serious money is going to be risked on that report. Some sham companies have spent much more than that on surveys to attract investment interest but at the end of the day it does not mean much. Most companies redact the cost but perhaps they felt some might be impressed by the pithy number. Oh, the report is almost six years old. No one seems excited about it.
