yesterday's after hours sell-off was a complete exaggeration and completely unwarranted. The S3 filing is the equivalent of a secondary offering that will not occur any time soon. Read the verbiage in the offering and it clearly indicates that the company is simply registering to sell from time to time up to 75 million dollars worth of stock. They could start selling stock once this reaches $2, $5, $7. All of you people took the filing the wrong way and it was completely retarded to have sold the stock down anywhere back into the $0.60 area
