Thing is.... why would the CEO be purchasing shares of stock at such elevated prices if he plans on diluting the share structure to raise 75 million dollars?

Plus, the company is already flush with cash. The co is performing share BuyBacks off of the open market oh, nearly 6 million dollars worth of his own money has been invested here
