So what? A claim becomes worthless in less than 20 feet in any direction, that is why you have to drill and have a qualified essay to determine if it is worth mining a claim or not. Proximity means nothing at all and why the SEC requires specific standards Industry Guide 7 under Regulation S-K to quantify potential valuations. Just look at Mr. Radar Love and his non qualified essay reports that got him suspended by the SEC, the same dumbshit that wrote some similar crap for past claims.
