I swear nothing ticks-off the Elites more than OTC traders making bank, makes their big boards gains look silly in comparison.

So what do these Elites do, change the SEC rules and delay the crap out everything would cause massive runs so traders could pay their taxes without incuring deep losses... Evil IMO

I think May onward looks way different also.
