Been diluting so much needed raise the AS or do a RS... yes, AS increase is preferred but 8B AS shows plan on diluting crap out this ticker... imo

"A/S raise was to prevent a hostile takeover" before you release news that can make your company 100x more valuable,it might be a good idea,(they haven't diluted with it yet,i am watching closely)
