OTC is still very antiquated...did you ever used to call a broker and TALK to them to place a trade? 25 years ago when you called and said you wanted to buy a pinkie the person on the other line would just groan...LOL 'are you sure?' let me read you about the risk involved that kinda crap...I still think the OTC is antiquated and its always been first in first out....Very shady area of investing and I wouldnt base the thought of manipulation on algorythms...market makers are PEOPLE and they are dirty!!
