I to-do'ed NILE last week to the tune of 100,000 shares. Fingers crossed. $400M+ assets according to a video by the CEO yesterday, market cap only $50M. Just their stock holdings are worth over $100K, and Ault claims they're mostly debt free having paid off their large note - just debt on the hotels, which have financing that gets paid off from hotel revs. All that and they're vastly ramping up crypto miners. Next financials will be a huge improvement over 2020 based on the numbers disclosed in the recent notice of late filing. I don't like to make price predictions, but it might at last be NILE's day in the sun: the thesis on the company has changed now that NAV has gone through the roof concurrently with the pps getting beaten down.

There is an ATM in play - that's the main wildcard - but also a buyback in play up to 50M (strange combo). But the ATM hasn't been registered as far as I know. Correct me if I'm wrong...

I never give buy/sell/hold recommendations or financial advice. Be careful with your investment dollars, especially in the pink sheets.
