The more points you divide? There is definitely some sort of point system it seems. I suspect that even flows down to how they will get/earn their shares in the future or how they become more fully vested or whatnot. Just speculation. Which I totally like. That gives us an advantage from my vantage point if my speculation is even semi-correct. We own all of our shares free and clear already. Which means, in my eyes as I've stated before, that our ticker price is the crux of their motivation! So, if it fails, they fail. Or put another way, if we fail, they fail.
