Saved my ass this year. I was expecting $30k, but only got saddled with 11.

A couple of grand a month is not hard to generate without bringing down any OTC house.

I need to go back and see my BDCM, IHAI, LPHM. Seems like I’ve been adding in those for over 2 years.

Yulp 3/2021 I hit the year mark. 6 more months snd I’m good? Sept and I’m good. November should be a massive turn around in confidence. Maybe R/Ms will start to pick up then
